You transfer the financial risk and the work to the consultant, and for this the consultant demands the right of exclusiveness from you. This is an honest deal, as you get a 100 % commitment from us, because we do not want to carry out the commission with less than 100% commitment. Our phased plan for the Quick Scan is as follows: |
Step 1 | After the intake interview the consultant decides whether he will accept the commission. | Step 2 | During two weeks the consultant examines whether the right candidates are available, in this period he has the right of exclusiveness | Step 3 | After this candidate study the consultant presents two to four CV’s, if this is not possible, he stops with the procedure. | Step 4 | If the proposed CV’s are assessed positively, the consultant has right of exclusiveness once again for two weeks and the candidates are screened | Step 5 | On the basis of the candidate report the candidates are invited for an interview at the client and we support you and the candidate in the procedure. |
Our advise is to use our Internet package (recruiting on five vacancy banks for € 995.-). The consultant agrees with you about the fee. Full Search: Recruitment requires a notable and creative use of means. On the basis of your situation we create a clear plan with the most effective and efficient work method.
