APPLICATION CODE NVP The NVP Application code contains basic rules for clients, bureaus and applicants. They are rules that we should observe according to the Netherlands Association for Personnel Management and Organisational Development (NVP) in the recruitment and selection to fill vacancies. The aim of the application code is to offer a standard for a transparent and honest recruitment and selection procedure. The code has been built up chronologically from the start of the vacancy until the appointment. The code was drawn up in consultation with the Joint Industrial Labour Council (Stichting van de Arbeid).
